However - the most important things you can do to maintain proper space between your toes and prevent injury is to wear orthopedic shoes (dr LIZA shoes !!) and do foot exercises daily. Toe separators are also great in helping to passively create space especially during the day in shoes and even while you sleep.
Orthotic insoles with metatarsal pads are also helpful in creating space between your toes. All dr LIZA shoes have metatarsal pads in their orthotic insoles for this very reason.
If you have bunions, neuromas or plantar fasciitis it's especially important to create space between your toes buy wearing the right shoes, doing foot exercises and even wearing toe separators.
