The Perfect Supportive Shoes That Will Have You Stylish On Your Beach Vacation
If you've associated vacations with foot pain - this is for you. The main reason we get sore feet on beach vacations, is from walking around large resorts and sight seeing in flimsy footwear (looking at you flip flops......). Wearing beautiful shoes that have orthotic insoles and footbeds that support your arches - means that you can truly relax and not worry about aching feet.
The slides are great because they are supportive, but thanks to soft and light EVA - don't have the hard footbed of a sandal like birkenstocks. The adjustable straps are also helpful incase your feet swell up in hot and humid weather or from the flight to your destination.
To prevent your feet swelling up on the flight - you should also be wearing compression socks - the cloud compression socks to be specific. I chose the ocean blue flats for this trip but also find the slip-on sneakers to be a great option - especially if you'll be doing a lot of walking. The slip-on sneakers will keep you supported and comfortable for up to 30,000 steps a day. And travelling with a posture friendly bag that holds your passport, wallet, tissue, hand sanitizer, hand cream, gum, candies, airpods, keys, nail file, nail clippers, lip balm, oregano oil and pretzels - is key!
